Refund Policy

PSD Documents Store” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased any digital product from  PSD Documents Store and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital-Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Costumers account must be in good standing. 
  2. The product must not be downloaded. 
  3. The product must not be installed or activated.
  4. The product must not be delated. 
  5. The product is incompatible. 
  6. The product doesn’t work as described.
  7. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting psddocumentsstore@gmail.com
  8. The refund claim must be submitted within seven days from the date of initial purchase.

If the above requirements are not met, we may refuse your refund application.
